For SDVX Mini series, the software only supports devices of generation 7 (inclusive) and above, generation 6 and below are not supported
Make sure the device is plugged into the USB port and functioning properly (the keyboard and encoder are responding properly) .
Try replugging the Rainbow device and refreshing it again .
Try updating RainbowManager in the Microsoft Store (For Windows 10 and above) or on the official website (For Windows 7) .
Try restarting the computer and replacing the USB port Try running RainbowManager "in administrator mode" and retry.
Try resetting the Rainbow device. For more information on how to do this, please refer to the included Device Guide -> Reset Device.
Try replacing the computer device to determine if the Rainbow device is damaged
